Alissa has worked primarily in elementary, middle, and high schools, preschools, and 18-21 year old transition programs. She loves collaborating with families and providers to help children communicate to the best of their ability. She has advanced training in PROMPT (Level 1 trained) and a special interest in Augmentative and Alternative Communication (AAC) and fluency. In her free time, Alissa likes to go to concerts and musicals, cross stitch or embroider presents for friends, and catch up on her favorite shows with her husband and their dog, Ellie.
